This is proper braai-tek! The rotisserie cooks everything evenly and nothing gets burned ... even if I get a little distracted. My favourite are the chops where it cooks through the bone and fat, leaving the inside lovely and moist and the fat crispy. The construction is really solid and of excellent quality. Also big thumbs up that its made of stainless steel - mild-steel grids just rust or break and always just look filthy. Very impressed all round!

I came across this braai concept at a market day and immediately was drawn to this contraption on the display table. Charles Miller gave me a demonstration and immediately I asked for a quote. I received my order in mid- December “JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS 😊” and what a pleasure its is to use it. The use of the skewers on the one side and using the grid on the other side makes braaiing a pleasure and not to mention the lever to raise and drop the grids. I can recommend Brilliant Braai’s for quality build and ease of use.

I am so impressed with the rotisserie function of the Brilliant Braai, it cooks lamb chops perfectly, the outside fat gets crispy and the inside is tender and delicious, not dry at all. I also love cooking sticky chicken wings on the rotisserie which means I am not having to constantly turn them to cook evenly or stop them from burning. The crank system works brilliantly to move food out of the flames, such a simple concept that makes cooking on the open coals so much easier.
